Fundamentalist Church of Latter-day Saints Legal Assistance

The Texas Access to Justice Foundation is taking donations to help volunteer attorneys who are traveling to provide pro bono civil legal assistance to residents of the Fundamentalist Church of Latter-day Saints ranch. The funds will help with administrative costs, such as travel and lodging, and will not be used for attorneys' fees. Please donate to help volunteer lawyers advocate for their clients.

Texas Student Loan Repayment Assistance Program

The Texas Access to Justice Foundation administers the Texas Student Loan Repayment Assistance Program (Texas SLRAP). The Texas Access to Justice Commission created the program in 2002 to assist attorneys who choose to pursue careers in legal aid in Texas. Low salaries coupled with high student loan debt make it difficult or impossible for lawyers to accept employment at legal aid or stay in those jobs long term. The Texas SLRAP is a critical part of increasing access to justice for low income individuals.

State Bar of Texas Dues Statement

Each year, attorneys have the option to donate $100 or more when paying their State Bar of Texas dues. Dues statements are typically mailed in early May. Please consider making this donation to help legal aid organizations provide legal assistance to low-income Texans.
